The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) has officially announced its support for BHIM Music Group Limited in hosting the highly anticipated BHIM Festival, now scheduled for December 24, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The concert, one of the headline events for this year’s “December in GH” celebrations, will bring together top Ghanaian and international artistes for a vibrant showcase of music, culture, and unity.

The GTA revealed that the Accra Sports Stadium has been secured as the official venue, with BHIM Music Group overseeing the event’s full setup on December 23 ahead of the main performance night.

According to Maame Efua Houadjeto, Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority, the collaboration forms part of the Authority’s broader mission to promote Ghana’s creative arts and entertainment sectors as key drivers of tourism growth.

“This support reflects our dedication to amplifying the creative arts as a major pillar of tourism growth,” she said. “The December in GH initiative continues to create opportunities that unite Ghanaians and attract visitors to experience our culture, music, and hospitality.”

The GTA emphasised that events like the BHIM Festival play a central role in positioning Ghana as Africa’s leading destination for festive and cultural experiences.

The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with stakeholders across the creative and tourism industries to deliver unforgettable experiences under the December in GH brand, which continues to draw thousands of visitors each year.

The BHIM Festival, founded by celebrated reggae and dancehall star Stonebwoy, has grown into one of Ghana’s most anticipated music events, celebrating African creativity, unity, and global appeal.
