The 10th edition of the Heritage Caravan has recorded a remarkable milestone, selling out in less than 12 hours after its official launch on Citi FM and Channel One TV on Monday, January 12.

Soon after the announcement, large numbers of patrons converged on the premises of Channel One TV to secure seats, leading to the rapid exhaustion of all available slots. The swift response reflects the growing popularity of the Heritage Caravan, which has become one of Ghana’s most anticipated domestic tourism experiences over the past decade.

Organised by Channel One TV and Citi FM, the eight-day tour is scheduled to run from March 1 to March 8, 2026, and will cover 14 regions across the country.

This year’s edition has been expanded to four buses to mark the caravan’s 10th anniversary, adding to the scale and excitement of the journey.

Participants will enjoy a mix of cultural, entertainment, and culinary experiences, including live performances by the Nyinkyim Band and DJ Mingle at the Maaha Beach Resort, as well as regional dishes curated to reflect Ghana’s diverse food culture.

The tour will pass through Greater Accra, Eastern, Volta, Oti, Northern, Upper East, Savannah, Bono, Ashanti, and Western Regions, offering a unique opportunity to experience Ghana’s landscapes, traditions, and people.

A key highlight of the 2026 edition is a dedicated two-night stay in the Northern Region, where patrons will immerse themselves in local culture and hospitality.

With its blend of travel, history, music, and food, the Heritage Caravan continues to cement its status as a flagship celebration of Ghana’s cultural heritage.
