The Adentan Circuit Court has granted Evans Eshun, popularly known as Ebo Noah, bail of GH₵100,000 with two sureties, one of which must be secured with a landed property or a Vehicle.

The case has now been adjourned to March 18, 2026, for the next hearing, a decision confirmed by Emmanuel Sarfo, Ebo Noah’s lawyer.

Eshun, a 33-year-old private security guard, was previously remanded into police custody on January 2, 2026, and ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination at a government facility ahead of his next court appearance.

The order was made when he appeared before Her Honour Angela Attachie, who initially set his reappearance for January 15, 2026.

The prosecution stated that Ebo Noah, through a series of social media videos published between August and December 2025 on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube under the handle @Ebonoah, spread claims that the world would be destroyed by a flood on December 25, 2025.

In the videos, he asserted that he was building an ark to save people from the predicted disaster.
