IndigoHomes has reinforced its commitment to sustainable urban development with a tree planting initiative at its GreenwichPark development in the Borteyman area of Accra.

The tree planting exercise at the project’s planned 2.5-acre central green park brought together existing homeowners, prospective buyers, and the IndigoHomes team, who took part in planting iconic trees.

Speaking at the event, Commercial Director of IndigoHomes, Anne Murungi, emphasised the company’s approach to sustainable real estate development.

“Our developments are designed with a long-term perspective. Beyond delivering quality housing, we are intentional about creating environments that support well-being, encourage community living, and promote sustainability.

Today’s tree planting ceremony is also about bringing our homeowners together, allowing them to get to know each other as future neighbours and begin creating memories. Our goal is to ensure that all 270 homeowners truly love where they live,” she said.

GreenwichPark is a 19.5-acre master-planned residential development comprising 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom townhouses. The project is designed to balance modern housing needs with environmental considerations through the inclusion of landscaped green areas, recreational spaces, and integrated lifestyle amenities.

IndigoHomes continues to position itself as a key player in Ghana’s residential real estate sector by aligning its developments with evolving market expectations around sustainability, quality, and community-centred design.
