The 2026 Citi Business Festival Management Bootcamp has concluded successfully, with participants commending Citi FM and Channel One TV for delivering practical leadership training and strategic business insights aimed at enhancing organisational performance and business growth.

The week-long executive development programme brought together professionals, managers, entrepreneurs and corporate executives for intensive training designed to strengthen leadership capacity, strategic thinking and decision-making in an increasingly competitive business environment.

Held from June 21 to June 26 at the Platinum Bay Hotel, the bootcamp focused on equipping participants with practical tools to navigate today’s evolving business landscape through expert-led sessions and peer learning.

The programme covered key areas including strategy, competitiveness and market leadership, organisational excellence, customer service and market relevance, brand growth and digital market influence, technology-driven decision-making, as well as crisis management, corporate reputation and sustainability.

Participants described the bootcamp as a transformative learning experience, noting that the knowledge gained would have an immediate impact on their organisations and professional development.

Priscilla Dede Ama Tetteh said the programme exceeded her expectations and provided practical strategies that would benefit her business in the long term.

“It has been hugely impactful. We were given something really solid to work with, and I’m very certain this will positively impact my business in the long run,” she said.

Kwabena Apeagyei also praised the quality of the programme, describing it as insightful and rewarding.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this programme. It has been very impactful and I’m grateful to have been a part of it,” he noted.

For Michael Kwasi Apprah, the value extended beyond the classroom sessions.

“I’m thankful for this event and especially grateful for the tools and materials we received. I’m grateful to the Citi management for making this happen,” he said.

Beyond the technical sessions, participants identified the networking opportunities as one of the programme’s strongest outcomes.

The bootcamp created a platform for professionals from diverse industries to exchange ideas, build strategic relationships and gain fresh perspectives on leadership and business management.

Samuel Kwesi Afful said the programme delivered exceptional value by connecting participants with experienced industry leaders.

“I got more than 100 percent value for my money. I left with real connections and direct access to industry giants who shared current, high-level insights that we can apply in our businesses,” he said.

Another participant, Nana Yaw Mantey, described the experience as intellectually stimulating and professionally enriching.

“It was thought-provoking. I cannot forget the new people I met and how much my professional network has expanded. This was an amazing experience. Thank you, Citi,” he said.

The Management Bootcamp forms part of the annual Citi Business Festival, which has become one of Ghana’s leading business development platforms, providing practical knowledge and thought leadership to entrepreneurs, executives and professionals.

The initiative seeks to strengthen management capacity within Ghana’s private sector by equipping business leaders with the skills required to improve competitiveness, drive innovation and build resilient organisations.

The 2026 Citi Business Festival is powered by 97.3 Citi FM and Channel One TV in partnership with Absa Bank Ghana and sponsored by Absa Bank Ghana, MTN Ghana, Zonda Tec Ghana Limited and Petra Trust.
