Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana adjudged Customer Experience Bank of the year

Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited (GTBank) has been adjudged the “Customer Experience Bank of the Year” at the just ended 5th edition of the Ghana Finance Innovation Awards (GFIA) organized by InstinctWave.

The GFIA seeks to reward excellence and innovation in the financial sector whilst recognizing the contribution of leading CFOs, finance executives and teams to a robust and sustainable sector.

Commenting on GTBank’s award, Managing Director, Mr. Thomas John who was also recognized as one of the top 20 Finance Leaders in the country,  said, “At GTBank, our priority has and will always be to provide our customers with superior financial products and services backed by exceptional customer service at all touch points. Our customers are the reason why we are in business and we dedicate this award to them for making us the bank of choice in Ghana”.

Guaranty Trust Bank is the retail bank of choice in Ghana celebrated widely for its innovativeness, service delivery, outstanding financial performance and good corporate governance.

The bank was recently adjudged the Digital Bank of the Year 2019 by the International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA).

Now in its 13th year of operations, the Bank has received several local and international awards in recognition of its customer-focused and convenient e-banking products and services. The brand is regarded by industry watchers as one of the best run financial institutions in the country.
