The Founder and CEO of Quick Angels Limited, Richard Nii Armah Quaye, has been crowned the winner of the investment category at this year’s 40 under 40 awards held at the Kempinski Gold coast in Accra under the auspices of XODUS Communications

The award Is aimed at identifying and honoring a cross-section of Ghana’s influential and accomplished young business fellows under the age of 40 who are making massive impact in their industries.

Speaking on his award, Richard Nii Armah said, “I feel very elated, cherished and honored at the same time, humbled. It has been a long journey and this is just the starting point of recognition. I would like to thank everybody who made this possible especially the hundreds of staff out there who have been walking this journey with me for over a decade now. I take this award on our behalf.”

He said the company is “introducing a personalized real time support through innovative angel investment with an interest in startup, and also restoring promising businesses through strategic partnerships. We are angel investors. We invest for equity stake”.

He used the occasion to promise more impactful leadership style and business models that will impact entrepreneurs, Ghanaians, the government and generations to come.

“This special night brings memories of the toil, the challenges, hard critical decisions that had to be made, and also the joy of the many successful milestones we have chalked along the way”.

Mr. Quaye dedicated the award to his employees for their unflinching support, and commended the organizers for the concept and the honour done him.

About 40 under 40

The Awards Night, organized by Xodus Communications Limited, is for most influential and accomplished young business leaders under age forty from a wide range of industries, who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service, and have risen through the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age.

About Quick Angels and Quick Credit

Quick Angels Limited is an Angel Investor Company launched on the 8th of May 2019.

The firm seeks to support potential and existing entrepreneurs as well as businesses that want to expand with equity financing.

The initiative by Mr. Richard Nii Armah Quaye is to inspire entrepreneurship and business excellence in Ghana whereas Quick Credit and Investment Micro Credit Limited is a credit company that was incorporated on 9th December, 2011, and licensed by Bank of Ghana to operate as a Lending Institution under the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Act.

Currently, Quick Credit is present in Accra and Kumasi with 25 branches, 300 permanent employees and over 30,000 active customers.
