FBNBank Ghana has been honoured with the Bank of the Year accolade at the 2023 Ghana Business Standard Awards (GBSA) held at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel under the theme ‘Celebrating Business Meeting Remarkable Standards Geared Towards Sustainable Growth in Ghana.’
The GBSA seeks to celebrate organisations committed to remarkable business standards across the Ghanaian business landscape and the world at large. The awards recognize standard-makers, excellence achievers and responsible organisations and individuals which adhere to the local business requirements while consistently improving their organization’s performance.
The 2023 Ghana Business Standards Awards was organized by KN Unique Communications in partnership with the West Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Strategic Accountancy Africa, and Zeliate Media.
The Bank of the Year award was received on behalf of FBNBank by Semiu Lamidi, Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer, Allen Quaye, Head, Retail Banking, Charlotte Eghan, Head, Domestic Operations and Enoch Vanderpuye, Country Team Lead, Marketing & Corporate Communications.
The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FBNBank Ghana, Victor Yaw Asante dedicated the award to the Bank’s customers and thanked them for doing business with the Bank. He underscored the Bank’s resolve and unwavering commitment to deliver on its brand’s DNA to always put our customers, stakeholders, and partners at the heart of our business. He assured FBNBank Ghana’s Clients and customers that the Bank will continue to put them first.
In all, fifty companies and four individuals were honoured at the 2023 Ghana Business Standards Awards held on Friday, August 25, 2023
