Inveteck Global, a cybersecurity firm licensed by the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) is intensifying its training programmes in the country to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the country’s rapidly digitalising economy.
Between January and June last year, businesses in the country recorded GH¢49.5 million in direct financial losses through cyber fraud activities, official figures show. This comes as Ghana’s digital infrastructure expands, encompassing online banking and e-governance initiatives, exposing the nation to increased cyber-attacks, and underscoring the urgent need for trained cybersecurity personnel.
