Former Miss Malaika contestant Gisela Amponsah has opened up about a deeply painful relationship with her father.
In a conversation on the Rants, Bants, and Confession podcast, Gisela revealed a shocking estrangement from her biological father, describing him as a distant and unsupportive figure in her life.
According to the former Miss Malaika contestant, despite being his biological daughter, her father has shown little affection or interest in her.
She recounted a particularly hurtful incident when she informed her father about gaining admission to the University of Ghana.
Instead of expressing pride or support, he responded with indifference, leaving her feeling deeply rejected.
Overwhelmed by emotion, Gisela described her father’s behaviour as demonic, expressing disbelief at his lack of parental love.
“My father doesn’t like me… he is my real father… He likes my junior brother and they live together…I don’t know what I have done to that Demon…Oh, Yes, my father is a Demon” she said
