Richard Ahiagbah, the Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed strong confidence in the future administration of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, asserting that it will prioritize the dualization of the Accra to Kumasi highway.

In an interview on Face to Face on Channel One TV, Ahiagbah emphasised the critical need for this infrastructure upgrade, highlighting the government’s commitment to the project.

“I think that from here to Kumasi that road needs to be dualised. I think it is a commitment this government has,” he stated.

Ahiagbah further expressed his belief that the next administration, led by Dr Bawumia, will make the necessary investments to ensure the dualisation of the highway.

“I am very confident that the next administration, which would be the administration led by Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, I am confident that he would make the necessary investment to ensure that from Accra to Kumasi ought to be a dualised road,” he added.
