Coronation Insurance Ghana extends holiday cheer

Coronation Insurance Ghana, fulfilled its ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by making a generous donation to the Chosen Children’s Center in Accra, Ghana.

This holiday-season initiative is part of the company’s broader efforts to support local communities and uplift those in need.

The donation, which was presented by Mr. Abayomi S. Ogunshola, Head, Technical Operations with Kelvin Atiapah, Head, Customer Experience and staff provided a range of essential items, including foodstuffs and other provisions for these children. These resources were carefully selected to meet the immediate needs of the children under the care of the center, especially during the festive season, when many families face greater financial strain.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Abayomi S. Ogunshola emphasized that at Coronation Insurance Ghana, we are proud to be part of a community that shares our values of care and support. This donation reflects our deep commitment to fostering positive change, and we are pleased to contribute to the important work being done at the Chosen Children’s Center. Webelieve that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we are honored to support an organization that works tirelessly to create a better future for these young ones.

The Chosen Children’s Center, established to provide a safe haven for orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable children, offers shelter, education, healthcare, and life skills training. Over the years, the Center has become a beacon of hope for children who have experienced hardship, providing them with the opportunity to heal and build a brighter future.

A Representative from the Chosen Children’s Center, expressed sincere gratitude for the donation. “We are incredibly grateful for the support from Coronation Insurance Ghana. “Yourgenerosity has helped in providing the care, education, and emotional support that these children need to rebuild their lives. This donation, especially during the festive season, will bring joy and hope to the children, and we are thankful for their kindness.”

The donation to the Chosen Children’s Center is part of Coronation Insurance Ghana’s ongoing CSR efforts, which focus on supporting education, healthcare, child welfare, and community empowerment. The company continues to invest in initiatives that contribute to the sustainable development of Ghana, with a focus on long-term social impact.
