The Ghana Muslim Students Association (GMSA) has extended its warm congratulations to Haruna Iddrisu on his successful vetting and unanimous approval by Parliament as Minister for Education.
GMSA, in a January 22 statement signed by its National President, Tamim Mohammed Amin, commended Haruna Iddrisu’s unwavering dedication to public service, leadership, and national development.
“This milestone reflects your unwavering commitment to public service, leadership, and the development of Ghana,” the statement read, highlighting the significance of his new role in fostering inclusivity and empowerment during a pivotal time for the nation.
GMSA also expressed its readiness to collaborate with the Education Ministry and the government to ensure these promises materialise.
GMSA committed to raising awareness about scholarship opportunities, equipping students for careers in essential fields, and engaging stakeholders to promote inclusive educational environments.
