A vehicle was completely destroyed by fire after crashing into a bar at Westland on Saturday, June 28, around 2 p.m.
According to eyewitnesses, the car began reversing uncontrollably, veered off the road, and slammed into a bar attached to a nearby building. Moments after the impact, the vehicle caught fire.
Fortunately, bystanders acted swiftly, rescuing the driver from the car just seconds before it was fully engulfed in flames.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service arrived shortly after and managed to extinguish the blaze. However, the vehicle was entirely consumed by the fire.
No fatalities were reported.
