A fire outbreak has gutted several houses at Darkuman Kokompe in Accra, leaving residents in panic as firefighters battle to bring the blaze under control.
The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday, August 31, 2025, sent thick smoke billowing from the area as residents scrambled to salvage their belongings while awaiting emergency response.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service have not yet arrived at the scene, and the cause of the fire remains unknown.
No casualties have been confirmed so far.
