Hallmark Café, a sponsor of Citi FM and Channel One TV’s Citiuation All-White Party, says preparations are far advanced to deliver an exceptional culinary experience at this year’s event.

Speaking on Channel One TV’s Breakfast Daily, the Head of Production and Operations Manager at Hallmark Café, Chef Rafiatu Yussif, said the team has already begun its mise en place—full preparation and organisation—to ensure all ingredients are properly marinated and ready ahead of the party.

According to her, the brand is committed to offering patrons a memorable food experience.

“We have actually started our ‘mise en place,’ so you should know we are marinating for a very long time to give you the spiciness and taste you deserve. I feel it’s going to be a great day because this is our first time at Citiuation. I’m in for the experience and to give out great food. I’ll keep the menu as a surprise, but expect a lot of grills, prepare for that.”

Chef Yussif added that despite the expected large turnout, Hallmark Café has put proper systems in place to manage any rush.

“Usually, it is the rush on the food that becomes a challenge, but with Citiuation, I know it will be controlled. When people see food, you can imagine what will happen, but we are sure it will be well coordinated.”

Hallmark Café will oversee the food buffet at this year’s Citiuation All-White Party.

The Channel One TV and Citi FM event is both a Christmas celebration and a showcase of Ghanaian music culture and creativity. With live performances from Perez Music, Kofi Kinaata, Akwaboah, the Nkyinkyim Band and DJ Mingle, alongside immersive experiences and a vibrant atmosphere, patrons can expect a night of top-tier entertainment.

The Citiuation All-White Party comes off at Ghud Park, near the Accra Mall, on Wednesday, December 24, with gates opening at 8:00 p.m. Guests are encouraged to attend in elegant all-white outfits in line with the theme.

Table reservations can be made via 0205973973.

This year’s edition is sponsored by Ecobank, Hallmark Café, and Bethel Logistics, with support from Oswal Investment Limited, ensuring a well-coordinated night of entertainment, style, and festive excitement.
