Olam Agri Ghana, a leading player in the country’s food and agribusiness sector, has hosted its highly anticipated Annual Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding employee performance and long-term dedication as the company positions itself to support Ghana’s agricultural modernisation and economic reset.
The awards ceremony, held in Accra, celebrated twenty employees across various business portfolios for their exceptional contributions during the past year, while also honouring eighteen staff members for their long service and loyalty, representing a cumulative 255 years of dedication to the organisation.
Speaking at the event, Baibhav Biswas, Country Head of Olam Agri Ghana, highlighted the critical role of human capital in driving the company’s strategic objectives. “Our people remain our greatest asset. As Ghana embarks on an ambitious journey of economic transformation, we recognise that investing in our workforce is essential to our ability to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s food security and agricultural development goals,” said Biswas.
