Drive to Inspire – Africa LBG (DTI-A) and the Sanjeev Mansotra Foundation (SMF) have announced a scholarship partnership aimed at expanding access to tertiary education and strengthening opportunities for young African women.
The agreement reinforces a shared commitment to education, mentorship, and long-term empowerment for academically gifted but underprivileged students across the continent.
DTI-A, a non-profit organisation founded by Ghanaian corporate lawyer and entrepreneur Nana Adjoa Hackman, focuses on bridging educational inequality through scholarships and mentorship, with a strong emphasis on supporting young women.

The Sanjeev Mansotra Foundation, established by Chairman of Planet One Group, Mr. Sanjeev Mansotra, supports initiatives in education, healthcare, and sustainable development across Africa and Asia, including Ghana, Guinea, Togo, Sierra Leone, and India.
Under the partnership, SMF will provide financial support to DTI-A’s scholarship programme, enabling an expansion in both reach and impact. The support is expected to increase the number of beneficiaries and widen access to tertiary education for deserving students.
The initiative will also create pathways for selected beneficiaries to pursue studies at the University of Stirling, UK (Ras Al Khaimah Campus), subject to meeting admission requirements.

While DTI-A’s scholarship programme has primarily operated in Ghana, it is gradually extending its reach to other African countries, a move this partnership is expected to accelerate.
Both organisations say the collaboration is designed to scale impact and create sustainable pathways for academic and professional advancement for young Africans.
They emphasised that the partnership reflects a shared vision to expand access to quality education, reduce inequality, and empower the next generation of African leaders through strategic investment in human capital.
