This year’s edition will celebrate more than 50 outstanding companies and individuals who have distinguished themselves through performance, innovation, and impact across their respective sectors.
The Awards continue to highlight organisations and leaders who are actively contributing to economic transformation and sustainable development within the sub-region.
Honourees will be selected from a wide range of sectors, including Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Mining, Energy and Power, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Transport and Logistics, Construction and Infrastructure, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality and Tourism, Information and Communication Technology, and Trade and Commerce.
Strong recognition will also be given to the Public Sector, including Ministries, Departments, Agencies, and State-Owned Enterprises demonstrating excellence in governance and service delivery.
The 2026 ceremony is expected to attract high-profile participation, including Ministers, Ambassadors, senior government officials, and Presidents of leading business associations across Ghana and Africa, reinforcing the Awards’ position as a key platform for regional business engagement and policy dialogue.
Beyond the awards presentation, the event will provide a premium networking environment, featuring CEO forums and strategic business sessions designed to encourage partnerships, investment discussions, and cross-border collaboration.
Over the years, WABEA has engaged more than 600 companies across West Africa, earning its place as a trusted stage for recognising excellence and elevating corporate brands.
The 9th Edition is expected to further strengthen its legacy as a defining platform for honouring leadership, performance, and impact in African business.
