The An Episode With Mama promotion, organised by Citi FM with support from Channel One TV during the 2026 Mother’s Day celebrations, rewarded three deserving winners and their mothers with exciting prizes, including an all-expenses-paid luxury weekend stay at the prestigious African Regent Hotel.
As part of the prize package, the mothers of the winners were given the opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved, relaxing getaway at the African Regent Hotel on dates of their choice, designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and memorable family bonding experiences.
The 1st Runner-Up, Mrs. Marian Kutsienyo, together with her mother, Mrs. Agnes Kwegyir, enjoyed a special weekend stay at the hotel from Friday, 29th May, to Sunday, 31st May 2026. The experience was made even more memorable as it coincided with a family celebration, with Marian’s youngest son, Elorm, marking his birthday on Saturday, 30th May 2026. The occasion turned the stay into a beautiful family celebration filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness.
During their stay, the family enjoyed the hotel’s premium hospitality services, including full-board accommodation covering dinner on arrival, breakfast, lunch, and dinner the following day, as well as breakfast before checkout.
They also had access to the hotel’s world-class facilities, which offered moments of relaxation and leisure that made the weekend truly refreshing.
Elorm, who joined in the celebration, was described as being extremely excited and delighted throughout the weekend as he spent quality time with his mother and grandmother away from the usual home environment. The experience created lasting memories for the family and strengthened their bond in a serene and luxurious setting.
