The week-long Management Bootcamp of the 2026 Citi Business Festival (CBF) has commenced to equip professionals, entrepreneurs and corporate executives with the leadership and strategic management skills required to thrive in the business environment.

The annual intensive executive development programme by Channel One TV and Citi FM that has become a leading platform for business education, entrepreneurship development as well as executive capacity building in Ghana.

This is year’s edition is scheduled to run from June 21 to June 26, 2026, at the Platinum Bay Hotel in Abokobi.

The bootcamp is designed to address the growing demand for leadership excellence, strategic thinking, and innovation-driven management practices as businesses navigate economic uncertainty, digital disruption, and evolving customer expectations.

Participants will receive practical training from accomplished business executives, industry experts, and thought leaders, with a curriculum focused on real-world case studies, executive coaching and high-impact networking opportunities.

Organisers say the programme seeks to bridge the gap between technical expertise and leadership effectiveness, enabling participants to drive growth and competitiveness within their organisations.

Key thematic areas include strategy, competitiveness and market leadership; leadership and organisational excellence; customer service and market relevance; brand growth and digital market influence; technology and intelligent decision-making; as well as crisis management, corporate reputation and sustainability.

The 2026 Citi Business Festival is powered by 97.3 Citi FM and Channel One TV in partnership with Absa Bank and sponsored by Absa Bank, MTN, Zonda Tec Ghana Limited and Petra Trust.
