Samsung Ghana has unveiled the 2026 vision AI mini LED TV for enhanced sports viewing. The launch coincides with Samsung’s celebration of 20 consecutive years as the world’s leading TV brand.

Powered by Samsung’s Vision AI technology, the television features thousands of Mini LEDs that deliver deeper blacks, brighter highlights, richer colours, and improved contrast, creating a more immersive and lifelike viewing experience.

Speaking at the launch in Accra on May 30, 2026, Head of Department for Consumer Electronics at Samsung, Vishwas Saxena, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to delivering world-class innovation and premium technology to Ghanaian consumers.

He said the company remains focused on “bringing world-class innovation and premium technology to Ghanaian consumers, empowering households to enjoy smarter living and unforgettable entertainment experiences,” while creating viewing solutions that are more personalised and meaningful for families and entertainment lovers.

Product Marketing Manager for Consumer Electronics at Samsung Ghana, Maxwella Mawulorm Agudetse, encouraged consumers to take advantage of its ongoing “Watch It on Samsung” campaign and Win Big Promo, aimed at enhancing entertainment experiences across its range of AI-powered devices.

She further revealed that Samsung’s latest innovations are designed to deliver quality viewing experiences, whether consumers are watching sports, gaming, or sharing family moments.

“We can use it for any moments that matter. Whether you’re watching home videos of the family, football, or gaming, you can use it for everything. This new Mini LED technology is beyond the regular TV. Anything you watch is sharper and clearer. You would feel like you’re in the stadium if you’re watching football on TV,” she said.

She again highlighted Samsung’s “Watch It on Samsung” campaign, encouraging consumers to enjoy content across Samsung devices, including smartphones, tablets and televisions.

Madam Maxwella announced the company’s Win Big Promo, under which customers who purchase eligible Samsung Galaxy devices from authorised outlets stand a chance of winning prizes including televisions, refrigerators, microwaves and washing machines in weekly draws.

She noted that Samsung remains committed to innovation driven by customer needs, adding that the company’s AI-powered products are designed to enhance viewing experiences through improved picture quality and intelligent features across its device ecosystem.

The 2026 Vision AI Mini LED TV is particularly targeted at sports enthusiasts, featuring Samsung’s exclusive Football Mode, which enhances fast-paced sporting action through dynamic contrast optimisation and real-time motion enhancement. The television also incorporates intelligent audio features including Q-Symphony, Object Tracking Sound Lite and Adaptive Sound, while AI Energy Mode helps optimise power consumption during extended viewing sessions. The new TV is now available at authorised Samsung retail outlets and showrooms nationwide.
