The Finance Minister-designate, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, has appeared before Parliament’s Appointments Committee today for vetting as he prepares to assume his new role.
President John Dramani Mahama recently nominated Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson as Minister-designate for Finance, John Abdulai Jinapor as Minister-designate for Energy, and Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine as Attorney General and Minister for Justice-designate.
All three nominees are scheduled to be vetted by the Appointments Committee on Monday, January 13, 2025.
