The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) has announced that Ghana Water Limited (GWL) has successfully completed repairs on the pump at the Kpeve Headworks.
Water production resumed at approximately 6:52 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
In a statement issued on February 8, the PURC indicated that due to dried pipelines, it would take an average of 5 to 6 hours for consumers to start receiving water.
The Commission urged consumers to remain patient as the distribution team works to restore supply to all affected areas.
