Ghanaians planning international travel can now enjoy a streamlined and more convenient visa application process, at the VFS Global’s modern visa application centre located at The Grand Oyeeman, South Liberation Link, Accra.
Officially operational since July 2024, the purpose-built facility offers visa services for 15 countries and is designed to meet the rising demand for outbound travel from Ghana.
The Accra centre equipped with tight security, ample parking, and well-trained staff caters to visa applicants for countries including the UK, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Denmark (representing additional Nordic countries such as Sweden and Finland), among others.

The visa centre includes three Premium Lounges tailored for Italy, UK, and other Schengen destinations, offering a more personalised and comfortable application experience. Additional conveniences include:
Visa At Your Doorstep (for Denmark, Switzerland, and South Africa), On-Demand Mobile Visa Service (for UK applicants), Form-Filling Assistance, Prime-Time service for out-of-hours application submission, and Keep My Passport While Applying service exclusive to UK visa applicants.
VFS Global has been operating in Ghana since 2005 and is currently a trusted partner to 19 foreign governments for visa, passport, and consular services.
