Mary Achiaa Asumedu has walked away with a cash prize of GHC100,000 at the grand finale of the Camel Treasure Hunt II promotion, organized by PZ Cussons.
The promotion, designed to reward loyal consumers and generate excitement around the Camel brand, concluded in Accra on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Speaking at the event, Dorothy Opare Acolatse, Category Brand Manager for Personal Care at PZ Cussons, explained that the campaign aimed to turn everyday purchases into opportunities for winning prizes.

“The Camel Treasure Hunt was born out of a moment when many households were navigating economic pressures and making careful choices about every purchase. We wanted to do more than simply sell a product; we wanted to reward loyalty and remind consumers of the many ways Camel continues to serve them every day,” she said.
She added that the promotion received overwhelming participation from consumers across markets, supermarkets, and communities nationwide.
The campaign also earned recognition for its creativity and impact, winning the CIMG ATL and New Media Campaign of the Year award from the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana.
Although the Treasure Hunt has concluded, PZ Cussons said the Camel brand will continue to reward and engage its consumers.
