Priscilla Ofori, widow of the late Highlife legend Daddy Lumba, has paid tribute to her late husband by getting a tattoo of his portrait on her arm.
Speaking at a memorial gathering held at the musician’s East Legon residence on Saturday to mark one year since his passing, Priscilla Ofori, popularly known as Odo Broni, said the tattoo symbolises the love, memories and bond they shared throughout their marriage.
She described the portrait as a permanent reminder of Daddy Lumba’s enduring presence in her life despite his passing.
“This is my husband’s picture. Although he is gone, I believe he is still with me,” she said.
Family, friends and close associates gathered at the ceremony to celebrate the life and legacy of the Highlife icon, who died on July 26, 2025, at The Bank Hospital in Accra at the age of 60.
