Hollard Ghana, the country’s favourite insurer, with subsidiaries Hollard Insurance and Hollard Life, has expanded its customer engagement capabilities with the opening of a new 50-seater Customer Experience Call Centre in Accra.

The upgraded facility reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering faster, more responsive, and customer-centric service to policyholders and the public. The new Call Centre will host both inbound and outbound Customer Experience teams, enabling Hollard to proactively support customers while also responding swiftly to enquiries, claims assistance, policy updates, renewals, product education and general assistance for both Hollard Insurance and Hollard Life.

Speaking about the expansion, Group CEO of Hollard Ghana, Patience Akyianu, said the investment reflects the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences while putting customers first.

“At Hollard, our purpose is to enable more people to create and secure a better future, and we do this by treating everyone with care and dignity. Expanding our Customer Experience operations allows us to serve our customers better, respond faster to their needs, and ensures that every interaction with Hollard reflects the care we stand for.”

“Beyond improving service delivery, the expansion has also contributed to job creation, with Hollard recruiting new team members to support the operations of the Customer Experience Centre,” she noted.

The Managing Director of Hollard Insurance, Daniel Boi Addo, also noted that the new centre strengthens Hollard’s ability to stay close to customers.

“Insurance is ultimately about trust and accessibility. In view of the increasing customer base, it has become necessary to meet our customers where they are by expanding our Call Centre operations. We are making it even easier for customers to connect with us. Our highly skilled Customer experience team will provide timely assistance, guide customers through their insurance journey, and ensure that every client receives the support they deserve.”

With this new channel and as part of our telemarketing activities, Hollard customers may receive calls from the official toll-free number 0800 444 999, offering tailored value-added products, proactive customer engagement and service initiatives.
