New Patriotic Party flagbearer hopeful, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, has positioned himself as a unifying figure within the party, asserting that his campaign activities have demonstrated his ability to bring party members together ahead of the upcoming flagbearer primary.
Appealing directly to delegates on Thursday, January 29, Dr Adutwum emphasised his credentials in policy implementation, highlighting his commitment to poverty reduction and social welfare.
He urged members to support him, noting that his vision extends beyond politics to tangible improvements in the lives of ordinary Ghanaians.
“Livable wages are something that we need to work on as a nation. And I am going to champion it, and I am going to do it because it’s the right thing to do. The idea that close to about 40% of the people are not working, or some who are working are still poor, is something that should concern us,” he said.
