Access Bank Ghana PLC has donated a range of essential items to support Citi FM and Channel One TV’s annual Easter Orphan Project.
The donation, which includes 80 bags of rice and several boxes of cooking oil, was presented at the bank’s headquarters in Osu.
The Easter Orphan Project is an annual outreach by Citi FM and Channel One TV that provides orphanages and vulnerable children with food, clothing, and other essentials during the Easter festivities.
Presenting the items on Wednesday, April 1, Team Lead for Human Resources Operations at Access Bank, Dzidzinyo Foli Gamor, said the initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to community support and social responsibility.
“It’s more of a strategic alignment to partner with Citi FM to deliver on what we are also doing. So what we are doing also aligns with our own initiatives in terms of corporate social responsibility that we do.
“So it’s just good that we partner and we encourage others to also fall in that line where we can partner to impact communities,” he said.
