Ecobank Ghana is set to showcase financial solutions aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), agribusinesses and women-led businesses at this year’s Northern Business Fair.

The bank, a sponsor of the fair, said it will use the platform to highlight products and services designed to help businesses access funding, improve efficiency through digital tools and expand into new markets.

Speaking on the Citi Breakfast Show on Friday, July 24, 2026, Michael Amoah, Senior Accounts Manager for SME at Ecobank, said the bank’s participation is focused on providing tailored solutions to meet the financing and operational needs of businesses.

“At this year’s fair, we are showcasing a range of products and services that are designed specifically for SMEs, agribusinesses, and women-led enterprises,” he said.

He explained that Ecobank’s SME financing packages are designed to support businesses with working capital, asset acquisition and expansion.

Mr Amoah said agribusiness financing will be a key focus of the bank’s exhibition, given the role of agriculture in Ghana’s economy.

“Today, agriculture is the pillar of the economy, and so we are looking at solutions that will support all the actors within the value chain,” he stated.

He added that the bank will also showcase digital solutions to help businesses adopt technology and improve their operations.

“Our digital solutions will be highlighted at this programme, helping businesses to digitise and become more efficient,” he added.

The Northern Business Fair 2026 is scheduled for July 25 and 26 at Jubilee Park in Tamale. The two-day event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.

The fair is powered by Channel One TV with support from Citi FM and is sponsored by Ecobank, the National Petroleum Authority, the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), and Northshore Apparel Ghana Ltd.
