Jim Iyke, Bola Ray, Cwesi Oteng attend launch of Palladium Residence in Accra

The Palladium Residences, a new mixed-use development by YADL in partnership with Construction Logistics Limited and Pegasus Realty Gh, officially launched in Achimota.

Located at ABC Junction, the project aims to offer a blend of residential and commercial spaces within a self-sustaining community.

The launch event, held on the premises on Monday, March 25,2025, drew a variety of attendees, including potential investors, residents, and media representatives.

Among the notable figures present were Nollywood actor Jim Iyke, media personality Bola Ray, and gospel musician Cwesi Oteng.

The event featured presentations detailing the project’s design, amenities, and investment opportunities.

Developers stressed the strategic location of the Palladium Residences and its potential to contribute to the area’s development.

Jim Iyke, Bola Ray, and Cwesi Oteng each offered brief remarks. Jim Iyke commented on the project’s modern design, Bola Ray spoke about its potential impact on the local economy, and Cwesi Oteng shared his perspectives on the importance of community development.

The celebrated Gospel singer also thrilled patrons with his hit songs. Attendees were allowed to tour model units and learn more about the various residential and commercial spaces available.

The launch proceeded smoothly, with a focus on providing information and showcasing the project’s features. For apartment dwellers, the complex embraces open-concept living, maximizing natural light and airflow to create bright, airy spaces.

The contemporary design seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape, fostering a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. Each unit is designed to optimize comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views.
