Dr. Bryan Acheampong has reaffirmed his commitment to building what he describes as a “new NPP,” anchored on unity, discipline, grassroots empowerment, and integrity, as he continues his nationwide engagement with party delegates.

Following his tour of all 276 constituencies across the country, Dr. Acheampong has now focused his campaign on the Eastern Region, where he met delegates in Kade, Akwatia, Asamankese, Oda, Akoroso, Achiansi, and Akim Swedru.

His visits drew large crowds, with supporters lining the streets and chanting “Sei kutuuu, sei Bam” in a show of enthusiasm for his vision.

Addressing delegates, Dr. Acheampong said the New Patriotic Party must evolve into a stronger and more disciplined organisation rooted in integrity and service to the grassroots.

“We are going to build a new NPP — one that listens to its grassroots, empowers its members, and stands united for victory in 2028,” he declared.

He stressed that unity remains critical to the party’s success, noting that internal divisions weaken its electoral chances.

“A divided house cannot stand. We must heal, reconcile, and move forward as one family,” he said.

On discipline, Dr. Acheampong called for a renewed culture of accountability and mutual respect within the party, describing discipline as the foundation of sustainable political success.

He also pledged to prioritise grassroots participation in party decision-making, describing grassroots members as the backbone of the NPP.

“The grassroots are the heartbeat of the NPP. Without them, we cannot win. I will ensure your voices are heard,” he assured delegates.

Touching on integrity, Dr. Acheampong said the party must rebuild public trust by promoting honesty, transparency, and credibility in its internal affairs and public conduct.

His campaign message has resonated with many delegates, who describe his nationwide tours as helping to revive party spirit ahead of the 2028 general elections.

As chants of “Sei kutuuu, sei Bam” echoed through communities in the Eastern Region, Dr. Acheampong’s call for renewal within the NPP emerged as a central theme of his campaign for the party’s flagbearership.
